I found this site now that I am down to my last 3 -3 mods. the program worked for one, but it isn't working for a ten key with a 0 . Is that normal or should I keep trying?

I might be that the information the first time was incomplete or maybe you just put the info in wrong.

For the ten keys, don't forget to up the Chars to 7.

please help... i don't know how to use the decoder. i have the message id. how should i input target key, start key...etc. why does it have letters? which letters should i use?

Perhaps you didn't see the very first post in the thread, with its detailed tutorial on exactly how to use the program...
