Yup what's the problem?

I want to move on in the plot, but i cant get past the 3mods. I am having trouble downloading AND understanding the software on this site. And i was wondering if anybody could my mods for me.

The program does not accociate itself with which it works with Neopets at all. It does not log in to Neopets, it does not connect to Neopets. Think of it as a calculator on your computer. You type numbers in and it gives you an answer.

You will save youself a lot of time using this program.

I'm thinking as soon as the next plot step is released, we take the program down. Most people will have already solved theirs by now and it seems we just have the idiots left.

Still, i am having so many problems downloading and understanding the decoder and software. If someone would just help me, i only have the 3mods to do. And i promise to help out the person that helps me with any help they need!

Alternatively, you may download just the file you are missing and manually register it yourself. Here's how to do it:

1. Download MSWINSCK.OCX (right click the text on the left and save to your Desktop).
2. Back up your current copy of MSWINSCK.OCX and copy the new version to the same file location. This file should be located in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory on your C: drive (for Windows NT and 2000: \WINNT\system32).
3. Using your mouse, click on the "Start" button and then click on "Run".
4. According to your Operating System, type the following command to register this library file:
   
   Windows 95, 98, or Me:
   regsvr32 \windows\system\MSWINSCK.OCX
   
   Windows NT or 2000:
   regsvr32 \WINNT\system32\MSWINSCK.OCX
   
   Windows XP:
   regsvr32 \windows\system32\MSWINSCK.OCX
5. You should see a message saying "DllRegisterServer ... succeeded"

If you are getting an error telling you that the file is missing, then you are not typing the command in correctly. You will need to type it in *exactly* as as shown above for your operating system.

Hydrogen, do you think this program knows which network connection (proxy) to look for? And where to change these settings? Seriously.. I'm going INSANE.

Erm, although I've finished mine before finding this, I'm still curious about it. I've downloaded it and it seems to work. I've noticed some people can't get it to work or aren't allowed to download it to their computer. So since I have access to it, I'm willing to use it to help out someone else.
Let me know if anyone wants me to try it for them.

My lord... this seems extremely complicated. Ive looked at multiple guide sites for this plot but I haven't gotten anything really.
This doesn't seem any easier... lol
I haven't even got passed where to find my message ID. and I read all the instructions for the program more than once. Is it possible someone can help me? lol

I can try to help ya out. I've downloaded it and am willing to try it out if you give me your message ID, and I plug it in to get your results for you to plug in yourself.
