i'm having problems. i downloaded all the programs listed in this post but i still can not get the program to work. i'm really getting nervous that i am going to have to give up on the plot, ive tried figuring everything out manually but its just so frustrating and tiring!

ok i have downloaded those 2 links but when i go to open the dr sloth decoder this is that i get:

am i supposed to have something running before i click on the dr sloth decoder? im sorry, i am probably a total noob about this but i really dont know what i have done wrong...

the program worked fine for me for 2 messages (both triples with 6 chars), and now that i'm working on a 3rd message (another triple with 6 chars), none of the combos outputed work when i tried them...help? suggestions?

i had to type in the mods manually for this 3rd message because trying to type in the phtml link didn't work this time...i've double-checked and my mods are correctly entered.
