I have downloaded, installed, and ran everything I needed. I have gotten the information from the "http://www.neopets.c...data.phtml?id=" link that I need. i have put everything in that's needed. However, when I hit solve I get nothing in the output. I don't get an error. I have gone over the instructions several times. I have even read through the thread. Can anyone tell me why this may be happening?

I was getting this, but figured out that you have to be logged into the account you are trying to decode when you go to that link. So make sure you are logged into your NP account you are doing the Plot on.

You've put an l instead of a 1 in the ID.

Robert never mind I got my proublem: I frogot do change the ID message but it's work

oh by the way I think it will be got Idea to slove the codes after to try several times by yourself for safe because TNT can see peoples that slove the codes so much fast (also If i slove 1 codes for 3 modifer in less of 5 combos without the claculator:P)

Please use our downloads system to download all of the programs. The programs are placed there for download and should only be downloaded from there. What seems to be the problem in downloading it?

What is the error when you try to log in?

That error suggests that your computer is blocking the program from accessing the internet. Check your firewall settings and make sure your computer allows the program to access the internet.
