I am using XP Pro.

It looks like you're trying to solve an incomplete data one. If you are, move on to one that isn't "Incomplete Data" ...

Do you have the right number of characters?
A-E = 5, A-F=6, A-G=7

It's is complete. No "Incomplete Data..." tag on it. It's 3 mods no 0. So I was taking from what I saw on the Neoboards it would be 6 and mod 3 with 0 would be 7.

sphygmo is right. You should never give your password to anyone for any reason. Neocodex staff will never ask you for your password and neither will or should anyone else on this website. If they do, please report them to a staff member right away.

Having said that, I believe he was talking about having someone decode the problems for him by him giving the question and they running it through their decoder for them.

Make sure you're entering the right data in the boxes. Read the guide on the first page of this thread again to check.

I've tried on several computers;
ALWAYS when I put in my Neocodex username and password in the Neocodex Checker, it says;
Connecting To Neocodex -> Logged in, Verifying Program 6 <- It freezes on that spot and gives me this error:
CodexCheck

Run-Time error '40006':

Wrong Protocol or connection state for the requested transaction requested.

OK

->>>

CheckControl

Codex Check Module Version 3.1.4.0
DLL Set-up Error -RunCodexCheck- 440 Automation error.

Some help with that people?
Thanks.

The first run you described seems to be that the program doesn't have access to the internet. Check your firewall settings and make sure your computer is allowing the program to access the internet. The second error you posted about should be able to be fixed by reading this FAQ: http://www.neocodex....showtopic=49276

I don't know how to take off my Firewall.
I am not even 100% sure if I have one. I have the Windows firewall turned off though..

This may be a bit off-topic, but can someone say how to take off my Firewall?
I've taken off my Windows Firewall and I have NOD32 as my anti-virus program and it says nothing about firewall.

Melli:
Maybe you can't do it yet, you need to do the others before ?

-> Every my code has an ID number, that's weird then...

You're probably putting some data in wrong. Please read the guide on the very first post on this thread and make sure you're doing everything right.
