Poor dogs.. it sucks that the owners couldn't do anything to save them. ><;

Where the heck do those people live? I thought killer bees were only native to Africa..

Yup, they were actually meant as an experiment, but got loose during the slavery times. sad.gif

Those things reproduce like rabbits, and if you try jumping in a pool, you better have an air leak, cuz those buggers (PUN!!) will wait for you. They're like little tiny humans with tiny swords and a vendetta.

Actually, because they're kind of a hybrid bee, they can survive in a variety of environments. They'd do just as well as our regular honey bees during the summer.

They're also migrating north. Thank you mad scientists, once again.

I knew about this*the bees* way long ago and that they were in the U.S. and S. America..
Those bees are crazy, they'll chase you til you die...and they'll make sure.

What a mafia.

I forgot what 2 species actually were crossbred to produce the africanised honey bee, but they were used to produce more honey in more diverse enviroments. Unfortunately some of the original colony did get away and have migrated continually north into the US. They are not entirely the monsters they are portrayed to be. They are bees and do what bees do. Most attacks occure when they are actually disturbed and feel that the colony is being threatened.

They're mindlessly aggressive. Apparently, they'll chase you up to about a mile away from their hive.

Forgot where I found it, but didn't the cross-producing make the bees more aggressive?
They get ticked easily

Anyways...idiots please hope you're near shelter or else..you're done for.*

* I know some people like to mess with what they should not touch.

yes very aggresive when provoked. Each bee can only deliver one sting though that is why when they sting pharamones are released and trigger any and all nearby inhabitants to the colony to follow up the defense. Mammal breath is a serious genetic trigger. If you walk up to a colony don't freak out and breath heavily smile.gif

Ugh... thank god they're still far away from where I live. This actually scares me a little as I'm mildly allergic. If two stings caused my foot and ankle to swell up to the point where I had cankles then... I'd die if a swarm got me sad.gif Hum... fascinating what happens when you fuck with the natural course of evolution.

A dog is one of the smaller forms of creatures they are able to kill. There are some that have managed to kill horses and such.
