This one is for the oldies tongue.gif. A lot of you may remember this really cool feature we used to have on the forums called the member map. It was really cool as members could place a little pin where they lived in the world and you could easily get a glance of codex over the entire world. I was talking with Foogie the other day and she asked where it went. Little did she realize that it is still installed on the board.

So if, like Foogie, you had forgotten about this neat little feature, I'm glad to remind you that it can still be accessed on the boards, check it out: http://www.neocodex....ex.php?act=gmap

Go and add your pin in today biggrin.gif.

Old school boy, but unfair to us Brits as it usually got too crowed to place a pin!

That's your fault for having such a small country tongue.gif. Scary as how this small island nation almost took over the world blink.gif.

Check out the help section ... it tells you how to get your longitude and latitude if you can't get it through the program itself.

The maps are outdated btw biggrin.gif. Satelitte image is right, but the new development down the street apparently has no street names o.o

I find that amusing. xD

(For people that don't know, D21 means its for IPB 2.1.x.)

I remember this from before. Since I do alot of flying I know where my house is on a map very well. I recall placing the pin roughly where it would be and months later going back, zooming in and finding I had gotten it within 200ft tongue.gif

That link to find your latitude and longitude is rubbish, it doesn't put my location anywhere near where I am, and when I did it by trial and error it somehow stuck me out in the sea and won't put me back even though I'm changing the numbers.

Most pointless exercise ever.
It worked for me tongue.gif Did you get it working in the end? ohmy.gif

Perhaps he just hasn't updated it tongue.gif. It could also be that we are using an older modification ohmy.gif.
