Try changing your regional settings to English (United Kingdom).

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Standards and Formats.

Neopets first, and if that doesn't fix it then try your computer too. tongue.gif

Some other languages use different formats for decimalisation, english use . dutch use ,

It's not metals that light up, it's components.

You see how on the webpage, there is the two rows of five components?
And you see how on the program, there is the two rows of five boxes?

These correspond to each other.

So, if the first and last box on the top row light up in the program, you check the first and last components on the top row on the webpage.
Then click "Melt 'em down".

Thanks for this, Sunscorch. Can't really do this by hand since I barely have any computer time as of late (still hijacking computers at other people's houses) so this helps tons.

Works like a charm for me too, minus a failure every now and then, but it's understandable. XD

The letters signify the ten different metal types, and the numbers below them are the proportions of them found in various components.

But you don't need to know that to use the program.

I just get this message sad.gif I must be doing something wrong? Two green panels came up and I clicked on the corresponding components.

ERROR: The furnace has produced nothing but a pile of inoperable slag. Even separating the component metals is of no use as they can only be formed into rods while still thermally active, and repeated heating and cooling will destroy the microcrystalline structure of the metals. If at first you don't succeed, you fail.

There is a chance that it won't work, but a human would make the exact same error in the situation so it's unavoidable.

Ah - especially this human ROFL!

YAY!

Congratulations! You have successfully created a nuclear reactor control rod, made from Faeryllium. This rod can now be added to the globally available pool of control rods used in testing Duplicate Space Faerie Tokens.

I'm from the Netherlands but if i put everything on English i still don't see a green box.

I think the problem is that i see everything x100 and then the program can't see what the right answer is.

But Sunscorch put my code on his computer and he saw the good results so there isn't something wrong with the source

Really a great program ^^!

Why don't you make a progarm for all languages o.o'!? I don't know if you can, but it's a great idea
But change my language to english isn't difficult ^^!

Congratulations! Helped so much, again \o\/o/

I think i will try to do some programs with Visual Basic for neopets (i know that much people hate VB u.u'... but it's simpler)... i'm horrible on programming, but it worth a try hahaha ^^'

Edit:
I think that, now, that they found the token, maybe it don't give points anymore ^^'! But the program still great
