Yeah I guess a lot of people regret using cheats. I made about 25mil+ altogehter on my account using programs (pretty much just a refresher), but I totally don't regret using them. Neopets wouldn't have been half as fun legit. And I sold neopoints for $7-8 a piece. Made about $90.00 selling. Invested the rest into buying stocks/items that I thought would inflate.

I don't really regret using cheats ... on my main account I do but not on sides... it makes it WAY more fun then legit for the simple fact of knowing there is a chance of being frozen if you are caught!

It does make it more fun. Isn't that kind of odd? You can use cheats all the time and never have to access neopets and yet it's still more fun. XD

my biggest regret is coming back, i remember when grand lightning beams were 30k and scorchstones were cheap as dirt.
my heart ripped when i saw the new prices....
