None of these websites worked besides http://www.kazzii.com/prokzee

But even that site doesnt really work. It lets me go to the site but once I try going to a website I get the blocked message saying

IP:
10.56.15.41
Category:
Web-based Proxies/Anonymizers
Blocked URL:
pattern://74.54.176.114/

I'm using http://homemoda.com/m/index.php at school as I am typing this.

If you google circumventor you should find proxy sites that are unblocked.

I am getting the same issue with your site toxic, it lets me go to the site but when I actually try using the proxy it blocks the new site it brings me too.

My school has installed a web filter recently which denies access to Youtube and such. I tried every single web proxy and had the same problem as 187.
