Yeah, so some kid got killed imitating Naruto in the sanbox. I like how the news describes the scenes as "disturbing".

What do you guys think? Also, related video says it was murder.

TV has a large impact on people these days, as it has always been, I guess.

Yeah, he later died, says in related video.

Also, the comment-video saying it was murder:

I don't believe it but it's something to listen to, I guess.

Says the kid was 16 but he looks like a little kid and why the fuck would a 16 year old be playing in a sand box?

Anyhow, could a person pull there head out of a foot of sand? You'd think he find it hard to breath as they were doing it. I mean, I hate it when sand is even touching my face let alone being buried in it.

Anyways, other thoughts?

Maybe I shouldn't question it as I probably don't know what I'm talking about but they said it was 1 ft of sand!! How how how do you drown in 1 ft of sand? *headdesk* I mean again... it's just like c'mon... something obviously was going on. Maybe the kid was being held down? I mean we as a reaction know to struggle when we run out of air, right? :\ Why didn't he just pop up? Am I missing something here?

I'm thinking it probably got into his lungs which would do serious damage even if it was only a little bit of sand. tongue.gif

Is this some kind of sick joke? Call me terrible, but I giggled when I saw the title.

It is tragic that the fifth grader died, but talk about uninformative news.. How does a fifth grader die in a foot of sand? She spent half her time talking about the gruesomeness of the show and a useless little youtube video. Local news is such shit it's baffling.

What caused the kid to have to breathe in sand? :\ I mean I think someone held them down. And yeah Freak I agree with you. Gene and I were watching it together and laughing our asses off.

And seriously, the kid was like what, 10? He should have know by then that sand doesn't work as a substitute to air.

All that had to happen was for sand to get near his mouth or nose and then breath in by mistake. tongue.gif
