Imho, sleeping 12 hours a day is probably far too much 1we8.gif
Sleeping much longer than necessary will make you more tired when you wake up.

But if it works for you tongue.gif

I don't feel tired at all when I wake up to be honest. xD

Then again I'm weird. tongue.gif

That is SO true. When I get a LOT of sleep, I always feel like shit when I wake up and I tend to be in horrible moods.
But when I get very little sleep, I feel decent and I'm usually always in a good mood. WEIIIRRRD.

We sell these at work. I tried one once, fell asleep in 20 minutes and woke up with a migraine. Fuck this shit.

I remember reading a study that it's not so much how long you sleep but when. For teenagers and young adults (around 13-25) the best time for you to get 8 hours sleep is from 3am-11, but for adults (26-55 or so) the best time is to sleep from 10-6.
Both are sleeping the same amount but the study showed participants felt more rested and had 'better' sleep during the above times, and worse sleep and felt tired if they slept at other times.

Wow! I wish the world had a more flexible schedule. I think the 3 am to 11 thing might work for me because I think I hit my peak at around 10 or 11. Sucks that I can't try it out.

Yeh, it's sad that the world doesn't operate to what's best for you eh? sad.gif

A travesty.
