Rather than unequip them (when they made them 1 per pet), they froze everyone that had 2. So, this, apparently, is why my original account was frozen GG TNT
Finally! An Answer!

They still aren't. At least they freeze according to the rules though I...guess.
But yeah, that just sucks. Would they unfreeze it?

Lol I knew people would point that out. Mhm yeah they aren't, but back then it must've been worse if they did that ^^

You'd think if they could look back and give you an answer, they could unfreeze you and remove the extra Hypno Helm from the pet. ESPECIALLY since you could in fact equip two of them at the same time, and this wasn't written anywhere in the rules, so it was basically an unfair freezing.
You should write back and bitch. >_>

As Kitsune said above, if you can still access it, it's still in the database.

If the account was important, I would try and contest this further, but it isn't worth it. It's just a matter of principles. Grr. >.>

You have to go to an existing lookup and replace your name in the link to the one you want to find. Frozen accounts cannot be found in a search, but will show up as 'disabled' when you try to go to the lookup.
It's not that though, I go to log into it, and it says it can't find the account. On other iced ones, you can at least see the active pet and put in a password.
