Okay, for the longest time I've been jealous of other people's usernames...

I mean, how do you do it?! Find a really cool username for yourself? Mine just sucks so bad... The Defier? Eww...

I need something hip.
I need something cool.
I need something completely alien but at the same time, has the capacity to make you stop and respect me.

Yeah I know, names aren't what make you respect someone... "it's the inside that counts" blahblahblah...

But I just want a really cool name

Ever had a time where you wanted an absolute unique name, where no one else had? Or just wanted a name that had some sort of sophisticated depth to it.
You could just randomize a name, and not know what the hell it means... or.... you could read this guide.

Step 1: Think of some keywords, because for our names... we are going to use latin. Yes. Latin.
Step 2: http://www.translati...i...sh&to=Latin - is a great site for translating english to latin. Type one word a line.
Step 3: For a mage, I'd type

* magic
* fire
* ice
* lightning
* arcane
* element
* bolt

Press Translate.... and you get a list

veneficus incendia glacies levitas ianus elementum telum
As you can see. You have easily managed to create a somewhat sophisticated name, out of something so simple. The possibilities are limitless.

There's nothing at all wrong with The Defier! Anyway, video game characters - hence Selphie - and Latin are always good routes to go down if you're looking for an alias. But you'll probably find one you like without even realising when you concentrate on finding one least.

Be careful going down the Latin route, do it wrong and your name can end up sounding like a spell from Harry Potter.

Just go through old animes and pick out some name of a monster or person. Or you can choose a weird name like or Telmah or Setreal or many different kinds of name spelled backwards sounds cool. Claudiusitic
