My mom got in a car accident this morning while I was at school.

She can't feel her legs and has one of those neck things on her neck.

I've never been so scared in my life, I mean just in a few words and a few seconds I never loved her more and wanted her safe. I guess it only takes one big thing and then you see all the things they've ever done for you.

There still running tests on her and she can talk and think but they dont know whats broken and whats wrong.

I guess what happened was my mom was carpooling to work with some friends and a garbage truck came out of an alley and they just drove into it.

I just hope she is going to be alright. sad.gif

I'm so sorry!

Do you know if she's going to be ok? (As in, live or die)

I'm sure she'll be ok, I certainly hope so!

If it makes you feel better, the doctors probably have a very good idea what's going on, but they won't give you a definitive answer until they're certain.

But you're right, big events like this do make you recollect and recall all the things the person has done for you. As they say, you never know how much you miss something until it's gone.

But she's not gone, so keep your head on straight, and put a brave face on, because that's what she'll need from you.

Is she undergoing surgery or anything right now? If not, maybe you should go and visit her? NOT NOT NOT NOT NOOOOT to worry you, but anything can happen, and since your so worried, maybe it would be best to spend some time with her. Maybe seeing her talk and having a conversation normally, thinking straight, etc. will make you feel a bit better

With doctors as advanced as they are now, unless it's something really serious, I'm sure she'll be ok smile.gif

Best of luck.

I'm at the hospital on a laptop that I my friend got from my house, and no she is not going through surgery but she is going through a few machines so I have some times to type. And I think I have the right to worry about my mother.

I think that sounded hostile. And if it was, then you just succeeded in coming off as a complete douchebag.

He never said you don't have the right to worry about her. He just suggested that seeing her might make you feel better.

Sorry to hear about the accident! I agree with "Christopher Robin" and I'm sure she will be fine. Just try to show her you're strong and certainly take care of her when she needs you. (I know you would, anyways.) smile.gif

I hope she's okay. After what happened, I'm sure you care alot for her actually.

Well, you can always show more care towards her after she's recovered smile.gif

Yeah don't worry about it, even if it was hostile, you're probably under so much stress, it's fine.

I'm sorry if I sounded in anyway rude.

So anyway, it's a new day. How is she? Did htey find ouyt what's wrong?
