I've been away from neo for a little while and im just getting back into it for the summer. I see that alot has changed, and i gotta know, are refreshers really worth it? From what i've heard and read, their reliability has plummeted.

Try not to be too concerened with my "Newbie" status haha i will work on that alot more.

Well, I've honestly never used refreshers for the events, but apparently they are high freeze risk. Take a look in our guides sections and you will see some of the more current ways of making money

I also heard they had a high freeze rate, but if you use the refresher over the auction house or over a shop it would look like you were restocking/sniping, thus, lesser freeze rate

Would seem damn suspicious after a while though unless you bought or sniped something. o.o

Stopping every now and then for a 'break' to play games or chat on the Neoboards would make you look a little more human too.

I use a usershop autobuyer (searches shopwizard) and I've found about 10 codestones, a transmogrification potion, and a pb, just from the refreshing that my searching accounts do looking for items.

i remember back in the day when u could randomly find lab peices..i dont beleive u can anymore =(

You still can, it's just a fairly uncommon event.

When I AB I always end up with map pieces, codestones, etc. So does it still work, yes. However, not sure if you use a refresher what the freeze rate is on it.

Is all ever find anymore are petpet lab maps and once in a great while I'll get a codestone.

I used to use them waaay back and they were so awesome! I would leave for a few hours or so, and I would come back with ~30 random codestones, faeries (and sometimes paint brushes) in my inventory.

So it sounds like refreshers are out of the question lol. i will try my luck with a USAB and take a look at the guides section again.

Well you can still use refreshers for avatars... Just not trying to get REs and such...
