I need to create a video tutorial that captures my actions on the computer plus voice over, oh and I dont want to buy it. Any suggestions?

please anyone? I really really need this.

please anyone? I really really need this.

There aren't many good free ones out there. =/ Try looking for hypercam, they are decent and have a free trial at least.
