So...November 2008. There's gonna be an election for the new president of the US, in case you forgot. tongue.gif Who do you support, now that there's presumptive nominees for both republican and democratic parties?

Discuss the candidates, their policies, who you support, and anything else related to the election.

ya know as sad as that is, I could see it happening. How long till some off the wall internet site start taking a poll how long he lasts in office if he gets elected?

I have not decided who I will vote for yet myself.

McCain also said he would be withdrawing troops earlier then expected, but will do so slowly because of the delicate political and social climate Iraq is in now. Again the Democrats offer false promises that they won't fulfil and even if they do, it just means another mistake that they'll make in the pursuit of "peace".

I would commit suicide before voting for obama.
McCain is a democrat, I don't like democrats

So basically either way I'm getting screwed tongue.gif

McCain is a republican tongue.gif

I find it odd that more people voted for the Independent party than McCain xD

McCain is a republican technically speaking, but most republicans try to pawn him off on the Democrats because he's too liberal for them.

well truthfully if i knew my vote would actually count enough, i would vote for an independent.

but they won't win, so why waste the vote, and just vote for the least of the evils?
