These war things always make me teary eyed...
Some of the things were kinda eh... seeing as how the soldiers are normal people too and not the ideal ones the video makes them out to be. But the idea behind it is true and the things that are being sacrificed to wage a war are as well.

It was a plumbers choice to be a plumber. Doesn't mean we can't care about how shitty their job is.

With that said, I think that video had a certain level of bias .

They aren't there just because they are told to be there, they are there because they have to. Sure they signed up, but who was expecting a war, and even inactive duty had to go active. My sister is in the National Gaurd, and she might have to go even though she signed up as national gaurd (NATIONAL gaurd)..., she signed up for the chance of being able to pay for school.

It's phenomenal how much respect I'm supposed to owe a high school drop out who signed up for the army because it was all he could do.
My dad used to spend 18 hours a day in the emergency room saving lives - why doesn't he get a fucking video? Much more honorable than a soldier imo, seeing as he's saving lives, not ending them.
Don't post this shit.

People have different views.
Why can't you just deal with them like any other human and try to be nice about it.

You do realize there are requirements to join the military right? One of them happens to be a diploma.

Because that video's not honest.
Why should I be nice about something I completely disagree about?
I'm completely anti-war, and I hate American propaganda.

Point taken; however, I was saying that mostly because the video portrays all soldiers as heroic citizens, deployed as an act of sheer dedication to their country, when that's not usually the case.
First and foremost, the bullshit that the middle east is a threat to the American way of life. It's a dead zone now, thanks to the United States, yet we're still there, still murdering them when they really couldn't fight back if they wanted to.
Why doesn't the US do something useful with the troops, like stopping the genocides in africa, for example?

So you just pointed out a great reason to why Americans politicians are fucked up in the head. Can you please now answer the question to what is inaccurate about the video.

What? I'm pretty sure I just did - there are a few references to how the soldiers are protecting the "American Life" in that video. IE. "He fights so you can wear that shirt."

How about you go to work one day in a skyscraper that gets hit by two hijacked planes...then we'll see if think it's still bullshit.
And what the fuck are you thinking ? Do you not realize that they are fighting back ? Fucking pussies with their IED's...but yeah they aren't fighting back.

Well, admitidly he is right that, that is not what we are fighting for anymore. He isn't quite smart enough to realize that it's the government that's put us over there, not the solders. Our soldiers are doing EVERYTHING that is in that video.
