Try request that account as a neofriend on a different account. Then go to your pending requests page, it'll show your the age. Now you've got your year.
To find out the date and month, check that account everyday till it adds another year. Then you've got your birthday!

try the day you signed up or after incase you wanted to get the birthday sidebar because i had the same problem and it was the day after i signed up with my right birth year
