Kk, well it appears I got a little bit of spyware again but I don't know how. What's the best free program to use? I tried spybot it doesn't seem to be getting rid of them.

AdAware is a pretty good program to get rid of spyware.

Download it here: http://lavasoft.com/..._aware_free.php

Combofix is awesome. It's not something that stays on and annoys you or anything... just a utility tool. Simply awesome!

The only ones I've ever used are AdAware, Spybot and Spydoctor(Might be called Spyware doctor, can't remember).

I use spybot s&d, adaware pro and i use spyware blaster to prevent spyware in the first place. If you use all those and still have some spyware left use Hijack This but be careful with that as you can delete really important files with it!! If you resort to Hijack This make sure you google each program / registry entry before you delete it wink.gif

SpyBot Search & Destroy
AdAware SE
Spyware Blaster

Are probably the most commonly used. I'd say that if you still have problems after using those 3, run HiJack This and look through the log to find out what exactly is causing problems and manually delete them. If you can't read the log, just post it up here or have a tech site look at it. Luckily though, most SpyWare/Adware is particularly damaging. Just annoying.
