I'm drank waaayyyy too much last night.
So uh, what do you guys do for hangovers?
I just drink a powerade and take advil tongue.gif Not helping.

Water or liquids without sugar. AVOID SUGAR. and sleep

yakking before hitting the sack helps too tongue.gif not proud of it but its happened 2 me a couple times.

Water before sleeping works the best, even my biology teacher told us that.

I've heard that if you get up in the morning and drink what you drank the night before, your hangover will pass. This advice was given to me by drunks...so it could be that they just wanted to start getting drunk early...lol.

some people recommend a nice greasy fry up in the morning but personally that makes me barf even more lol

I drank 3 bottles of water and took an advil before bed tongue.gif I didn't puke, so I dunno.

You're waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too young to be getting hangovers. Seriously if you're going to drink just get buzzed. Don't get shitfaced :\

Anyways the reason why you're so sick is because your liver just can't keep up with the poisons you've put in your body. If you drink so much that you need to puke just go ahead and puke. Seriously. It'll get it out of your system. If you do not throw up you're risking yourself for a hangover or alcohol poisoning. Mind you, you can still get both if you do throw up but it's generally smart to do what you body tells you to do.

Now if you do throw up be sure to in the morning get some gatorade or something of the sort in ya. You'll lose electrolytes and it'll make you feel horrible.

and yea, puking is a good way to get out outta your system, if your drink ever gets spiked puking will help you with that too. One time i drank about a litre of vodka in 30min, started getting double vision and stuff whilst at this bar, so i stumbled to the bathroom and basically forced myself to puke up, and then continued to puke for like 20min lol, felt a lot better afterwards though.

I don't really get hangovers. I've had a fair few "...just how much did I drink" mornings which are fine after a shower, some orange juice and sorting out some makeup. tongue.gif I think I've only ever had one "oh my god, if I move I'm probably going to be sick" morning which looking back the night before it really isn't surprising. *Shrugs* Now I have to drink an awful lot to feel for more than half an hour the next morning.

6 glasses of water before alcohol comedown, and 2,000 mg of vitamin c. After that, a multivitamin and essential amino acids. 5 glasses of water and then two bowls of weed.

Yeah, I'd rather not spend more money on the cure than the liquor.

I've heard from my brother in laws alcoholic brother Gatorade is the best before going to bed.

I dunno I have never had a hangover and haven't puked from alcohol in over 5 months.

The only thing you need in there is the weed, scratch the rest. Just smoke the weed before you go to bed.
