I transferred 4m to a storage account 3 weeks ago, that got frozen too... so i suspect they think i sold NP to myself ... i forgot about that so at first i was like wtf?! but now i guess it makes a bit of sense... also means i'm pretty screwed in any chances of getting my NP back, as that takes my account count to 6...

yea they love me coulda put me outa my misery and froze me at like 5mil instead of 40 though

Sorry to hear that, pretty unlucky. I haven't gotten frozen in a while even with using an aber.

Neopets freeze lots of people for moving/ transferring large amounts of neopoints, i have been a victim of this many times

Here's what I did to transfer large amounts, legit Neopoints too.
On the account -SENDING- the Neopoints, I put "moving too *account name* - reason."
Then on the account I was receiving, I put "This is my new main from now on - *account name* was my old main."

I was telling the truth though, heh.
I'm not illegit in any way.
I don't use programs, or buy/sell items, only at times.
