No, that's the deal with MSN. PM is still within our jurisdiction which is why if someone is being harassed through PM we can do something about it.

Spreading porn is a extreme circumstance in my opinion especially if to minors (slopdog had to close its doors for a while for these very reasons ). And keep in mind I think that's just her opinion on the matter. I'm not entirely sure what our policies on that are as smods do not even have the ability to look into PMs.

Well there was only a couple cases where we've actually had the PM thing done. Two years ago I had to make a screenshot of PMs this one guy sent me because I refused to be his GFX leader anymore on his rival site. It's useful for those purposes but I think she was actually talking about administrators who look through PMs just for the heck of it, you know?
