Patterns, textured brushes, pencil tool, various filters, blending modes, etc.

I think it needs a light source. It's rather dark, and the background is rather empty. The effects with the pencil tool are pretty wicked though, and the colors are sweet too. Nice job. happy.gif

Thanks, I actually used your Prince of Persia tutorial to come up with the idea of using pencils, I never had even thought of it. I just did a yellow pencil, scribble, rippled, and then mezzotint, and then hue/saturation changer thing.

Where would you put a light source?

bottom right . off centererd so it looks as if he is comeing out of the light.
