I'm sure they could just make a padded seatbelt rather than a bear lol...

I had one of these (well, similar) when I was very little, only it was a children in need (I think) teddy, the yellow one with the bandage around it's head, and it was to stop it cutting into my shoulder, and probably also because I was a child and loved teddies

Tiddy bear sounds pretty awesome to me.
