Ok so I log into my neopets account today to find a message that says "you have been found to have cheated on flash games". Yet I actually didnt?

How do I go about getting unbanned for this bullshit. I think its because I got 2500 points on The Castle of Eliv Thade.. but I did it legit so I'm pretty annoyed at the moment, anyone have similar experience?

I remember spamming a neofriend of mine with a bunch of messages. Several clicks of the send button later, it came up to a page that read something along the lines of "A spambot has been detected..." and that I could no longer use Neomail or something. Anywho, five, ten minutes later I was banned. I e-mailed them, of course, but when I tried to explain the situation they said they couldn't help me.

Your best bet is to send TNT an e-mail, but I wouldn't suggest getting your hopes up. They're pretty anal about these sorta things.

Yeah.. figured that.. but like.. how can they honestly accuse me of cheating just because I legitly broke a high score.. if I knew that was going to happen I would have just sent my score at 1000 and not bothered?

they froze my account and banned me about a year ago lol i just got back on neo around june..

i'm pretty sure the ban lasted 3 months. but i kinda gave up after a while..

Its not even that I lost much really.. Lab, few rare items and 1,000,000 NPS.. its more so the principle of them "finding me cheating" when I didn't.. makes you not even wanna do anything on the site in fears you'll get banned for no reason.

I think they are going down hard on score sending lately! That's probably why they are thinking that you used a score sender to cheat! oh well!

Solution: Don't play games, don't do dailies, don't create multiple accounts, don't make too high profit in one trade / snipe, don't post on boards... etc. Don't do a lot of stuff on the site and you're more likely not to get frozen

heh that's probably why i havent been touched. though sometimes i doo accept high trades. My husband and I send np's to each other when we need it.

About 2 years ago, my account was frozen after I let a friend in who used a program to get the Meerca Chase avatar. I didn't know she used a cheat, and I probably wouldnt have let her on if I knew she did. It resulted in a dominoe effect of freezes, which I feel responsible for(though I had no idea about the cheat) I didn;t achieve any amazing status, but I had that account for a little over 4 years before they snatched it away. I haven't played Neopets since, and I think about it every blue moon, but I see it as more of a passing thought. I do miss my pets though, as odd as that might sound.

I'd never amassed a great fortune, or won major battles, but evey day logging on was something of an adventure for me because I was in a guild with amazing friends from around the globe, and I genuinely had a good time cruising the site. Damn TNT. DDDAAMMMNN TNT!

Bans for cheating in any way cannot be undone. Your account is gone for good now.

This usually happens when you cheat on flash games, and rarely when you use an autoplayer or TNT finds you doing something suspicious in the games area..

Once you get frozen, you never can open the door back.
I got frozen 6 years back, they didn't let me in! and i lost my 8 year account. you can't get them to be nice, allthough there is one person who is pretty nice and will let you back....but i'm not sure. if you want you can try.
