It refreshes at a fixed rate, on a fixed page, so logically speaking the freeze rate should be pre-tty high.
Although I haven't actually tried doing something like that - it just seems like a pretty bad idea to me

tried it before , i didnt go overboard as i only run it for 1hour and take time intervals
use them with caution and u will be ok
