I think it's best to tell you now that no one is going to give you anything for free.
The reason you can't access autobuyers is because you're not a high enough rank, so why don't you try working towards a higher level of activity for the better programs. Also, I can tell you right now that the programs available in the members section can earn you a couple hundred thousand neopoints, so instead of begging on the boards, why don't you try downloading the programs and running them. If you aren't even willing to do that little amount of work I feel incredibly sorry for you.

The first rank to get is Advanced Member. You automatically get this at 500 posts which will unlock a lot more, better programs. After that, the other ranks that affect program availability require you to be voted in by other members.
