but generally it's a cycle. The only people who can get, say, Bony Grarrl Clubs are people who are extremely fast in legit RS'ing, or AB'ers with illegit times. Usually it's the latter. So the person gets frozen, and bye bye BGC. Another BGC stocks, and again it goes to the soon-to-be frozen AB'er. So it never really goes back to circulation

'really fast' is almost impossible
real human beings still need the time to scan the page and decide what to fill in, so don't put your rates too fast

Not 'really fast' but like..those who use a refresh rate of 1 to 2 seconds. I used to do that in one shop when I legit RSed 0_o

still, if you want to AB for more than 2h at 1-2seconds... i don't know
