but generally it's a cycle. The only people who can get, say, Bony Grarrl Clubs are people who are extremely fast in legit RS'ing, or AB'ers with illegit times. Usually it's the latter. So the person gets frozen, and bye bye BGC. Another BGC stocks, and again it goes to the soon-to-be frozen AB'er. So it never really goes back to circulation :S

How does TNT tell the difference between a really fast legit RSer and a ABer with unrealistic times?

Seems to be fairly accurate.

'really fast' is almost impossible
real human beings still need the time to scan the page and decide what to fill in, so don't put your rates too fast

Not 'really fast' but like..those who use a refresh rate of 1 to 2 seconds. I used to do that in one shop when I legit RSed 0_o

1-2 seconds is ok :) though not put it less than 1
still, if you want to AB for more than 2h at 1-2seconds... i don't know
i think it'll get you RS banned fast

Maybe there are some uber items that the ABer just hasn't seen yet. Kind of like how we know Candychans stock in Winter petpets, but the database doesn't know yet.

Ah, ok. Is 1.5h for 1-2s safe then?
Maybe I'll try when I get to advanced on a shell.

Two options:

1. Try them and find out.
2. Use the item database to research it.

Noo. You could do it via shops. IMO its much less suspicious than sending items directly to accounts, or creating junk trades.
