Right I seem to be the only one on neopets that has this item, can someone please advise me on how much to charge and knows of anyone who wants to buy it.

Well, this would have been a bad place to tell everyone that you 'seem' to be the ONLY person in neopia to have them because if you were to put them in trading post POW gms / people from here can find you...Pretty much ur SOL until more people can get them =X

Not totally, other people could have them just not up in trades or auctions.

Released 18th Feb 2009 so it's probably just not flooded the market to determine its price.
What rarity is it?

The rarity is 90 dont know if that good or not
