It depends. If he's trying to change the PW on one of the user accounts you can log into the administrator account, then yes. But if someone changed the PW to the administrator account, and he doesn't know it, then no.

u start in safe mode then u get safe mode admin acc with who u can remove the pw of the normal login admin
but i dont want to do this cuz is 2 ez
i juts want to make a littel challenge
and ty 4 the livecd thing its pretty good
dose anybody know any other methods on how to get a pw like that mby even without a cd or so

Really? I was fairly sure you could do it to get into an admin account too.
There is a difference between AN admin account and THE Administrator account.
