It takes a while to find out the limitations of a phone. I thought the world of my phone when I got it but within 6 months of my getting it it was just a nice looking piece of garbage that did nothing.

I dislike touch phones and that severely limits the options with HTC. Pretty much everything else they make is ugly as sin.

I've never understood why people have such a fascination with cell phones. I use mine to call and text, and I don't really need it to do anything else.

Why is that? The HTC Touch has a QWERTY keyboard (don't know if that's the standard or not over in Britain) and the touch screen is a lot more controllable then others.

You'll learn once you get one. I used to think all I needed a phone for was calling and texting. Then I got an unlimited data plan. Yowzah.

I have always been wary of Blackberries because my friend has had the ball thing fall out 4 times. How reliable are they?

the trackballs can be taken out fairly easily, so your friend may have messed with it so much that the magnet became weak or something tongue.gif
