Make sure you're entering your NEOCODEX username and password in the box as soon as you open the program.

If you ARE... then that's problems on the Neocodex end... wait two minutes and try again

I'm having both that issue and it's also stating cookie error when I do get past the aforementioned error.

I've tried restartign everything, have made sure cookies are enabled on my browser, and done a full clearout before trying again, only to get the same error each time.

Make sure you're signing in through Mumei's codexchex with your Neocodex Username and password...

After that, it will do a scan for existing Neopets cookies on your computer... if it finds any, then you're set to go

If it DOESN'T... then you have to go in through login settings and enter your Neopets username and password, then click log in.

After you have logged in successfully, you should be set to "Start Program" and everythign should run smoothly.

You mean so that you can wait until the jackpot is higher before trying to win it? Not a bad idea.

Yes, good program. I like it. Way better than using a refresher.

Question--any chance of getting a program tweak that lets you stick the items you win in your shop instead of SDB?

Would also be nice to be able to protect items you get from random events or that are sitting in inventory during play? I was annoyed to find that I had gotten and lost a lab map piece during Dice-A-Roo last week for example. Stupid Pant Devil.

They are like 98% of the time. Worth having since they are only a few np. 5 will cover your entire inventory

Gah, no matter how many times I try it, it refuses to run.

I'm putting in my NeoCodex information, which works for other programs just fine, but not this program.

"Program Check Failed", "Program Check Failed", "Program Check Failed", over and over and over....

:(

It's probably just a temporary issue. Wait 5 minutes and try again, it might just be the server.

Did - And I've been trying since yesterday.

I also tried recreating the error in the debug set-up you've provided, but the files weren't created when I did it.

And it's the only program on the site that won't work for me, sadly, :(

That's strange. :( Sorry about this, I'll have to look at it when I have more time. Use some of our other programs in the meantime. :p

This may sound ludicrously easy, but have you uninstalled/reinstalled? Maybe something small is broken?

Yes, :) A few times.

I've also Uninstalled and Reinstalled the Codex itself.

I've also re-downloaded both programs just in case there was somehow an issue when I was downloading them.

Same result, :(

I'm been scowering all across the internet for a Dice-A-Roo program, so of course it won't work for me, xD
