I just got my main account on neopets frozen the reason it says is bogus it says I cheated on flash games I don't do this.
Well, let's put it this way:
What DID you cheat on... because they sometimes lump http and flash games together for cheating purposes

I don't recall cheating at all but recently someone got in my account took all my neopoints and played games that I don't even play.

That would more than likely be why.
You can attempt to appeal this with TNT, but I wouldn't get your hopes up. Best just start anew.

That what I thought I know that if they think your a cheater it can be almost impossible to get account back even if you did not cheat.

aside from the cheating aspect, chances of an account recovery with TNT is slim even with legitimate reasons.
