Yup, they've never fixed the issue, haven't even given warnings about it or suggested ways to render the cookie useless (pins, clearing cookies regularly, etc).
Lookups, shops and trading post are the most common places I think.
Wtf. Trading post? How

Don't know what it is exactly for a lookup, but for the shop, it might be like this: people will throw it in the code and throw a popular item in their shop (say a codestone) for 1 NP to lure people in, thus getting them, OR they take a fake image of the item, it masks the actual codestone, and it links them to a Fake Login Page, where the victim willingly submits their information. What does the CG look like? (ie. where is it on the lookup?)
Dunno how it works 100%, but people on the Neoboards hint at this.

I'm pretty sure the lookup didn't have a CG on it. It was a new account with no changes to the layout. Usually someone would add a pretty picture and shit to at least try and cover it up. I took a quick look at the HTML and didn't really notice anything out of the ordinary, not that I would have anyways.
Just some kid trying to act like s/he knows someone 'famous' that no one here gives a fuck about.
