No, I didn't do the photography. It was from a free for use site, and the model was much more paler in real life and I added the background with a few extra blended images, gradients and colouring 
I was tempted to add text but... words really didn't seem to fit. I'll see if I can find the original picture

I think its very good! I like it alot - Sometimes text on photos puts me of, Im a fan of simplicity.
