fyi idk if this is known already but the kad feeder wont work if all kads have been fed, i have to manually click start feeding at each rf, otherwise it gets an error and stops.

oh, you do exist!

And that feature was good when kad's never were all fed. Fixed now.

Okay so I tried downloading the program manager and playing kad feeder that way, and I finally got an error message that says:

Exception in thread Thread-56:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "threading.pyo", line 486, in __bootstrap_inner
File "Programs/1002/kad.py.nc", line 412, in run
File "HTMLParser.pyo", line 108, in feed
File "HTMLParser.pyo", line 148, in goahead
File "HTMLParser.pyo", line 226, in parse_starttag
File "HTMLParser.pyo", line 301, in check_for_whole_start_tag
File "HTMLParser.pyo", line 115, in error
HTMLParseError: malformed start tag, at line 740, column 61

What does this mean? Thanks!

Network related error, just run it again.

That doesn't seem to help much, I've had the same problem with Abrosia since yesterday. I've restarted my; modem, router and computer. All of which have not helped.

Still didn't work, and like the above I restarted my computer, etc.

Oh, I seemed to have fixed mine. If you have premium (like me) make sure you're using the regular neopets interface. The premium one will give you the error I guess.

...I don't know how you figured that out but you are a genius. It's finally working! Thank you!

I'm not getting any kads fed..literally nothing is happening. This is the only thing on the log:[07:39:34 AM] Feeding Started...

And I've run the program for about an hour previously

You may want to check if ALL the kads are fed. Apparently the programme doesn't work if all the kads are fed. Well, at least for me it'll turn out something like this..

[10:04:17 PM] Stopped
[10:04:17 PM] Total games played: 0
[10:04:17 PM] Total NP made: 0
[10:04:17 PM] No Kad items. Possibly logged out
[10:04:16 PM] Feeding Started...

IF NOT,
you should see that there'll be status such as
"status: waiting xxxs"
or "Calling a Refresh"

The program manager version has been updated to not include that feature.

Wait, but it's SUPPOSED to do the "status: waiting xxxs" and "calling a refresh" right? I ran the program all last night and literally all it did (after one Feeding Started...) was repeat "Calling a refresh" over and over again. Is that normal or is it not doing something?

Thanks iargue
It could just be that there's alot of competition?

Just fed my first kad using a program from another site.
I would recommend redoing the program and adding some new features to it (I don't know who made the program)

It seemed to work at first but maybe this new update to the program manager changed it?

I just downloaded the program, and Mumei's Codex Checker popped up. When I enter my info it says Program Check Failed. D: Am I doing something wrong?

Keep trying! 8D

It just logged me on finally. Not sure what the problem was.

Do you have to/should you be logged out of Neopets or have your browser closed for this to work properly?

I keep having this problem:

[09:02:01 PM] Stopped
[09:02:01 PM] Total games played: 0
[09:02:01 PM] Total NP made: 0
[09:02:01 PM] No Kad items. Possibly logged out
[09:02:00 PM] Feeding Started...

on the individual program. On the program manager, I keep having "feeding started..." but nothing happens.

as with all Codex programs, you probably SHOULDN'T be running neopets open in the browser whilst using them. This is probably what would be causing the problem. Best to ask iArgue about it via PM i think.
