What does this mean? I just restart my program when it happens.

There's a bug in the system, perhaps.

But that was a while ago wasn't it? I do want to add that I left my account alone for about a month after not getting the avatar after the 75th feed and I wasn't iced until I sent in a ticket.

You got yourself iced then.

To get the avatar all you have to do is look at your user lookup.

That wouldn't be the problem of the program, Neopets would be the issue then...

DId you feed all 75 with the program, or feed the 75th yourself?

Every single feed was with the program, and got the avatar first time I clicked my lookup.

I think the issue arises if you feed a 76th Kad without getting the avatar, then it seems you cannot get it anymore.

I've been experiencing more issues with this program than normal. I do everything right, I know how to use the program, I have done it before and gotten the avatar... and now it seems to call 15+ refreshes in a row. Has anyone else been getting this?

That happened to me quite frequently when I had been using it recently.
I'd leave it for 6+ hours and not catch a single main.

Do you guys usually use the Shop Wizard to find Items or the Database to fine items? Shouldn't Wizard be a little faster?

Also, it refreshes at the correct times by itself right?
