Hi, I've noticed that the Arts & Graphics Section is gone.
I also notice that I've accumulated 100 posts from somewhere, haha.

Anyway, is this a permanent change? I hope not.

Hmm, yeah, I see Hydro nuked it in the forum revamp.

Unless we get more support and get it back running again, then I guess it's going to stay that way. We had no active leader, we had nobody managing graphics ranks, and barely anyone was responding to requests.

No one is willing to put in time to get it active. It's not our main focus and pretty much everything is tunnel visioned into programming. Not saying it's a bad thing, just being realistic here.

I noticed it was gone yesterday when I was searching for a topic I made about 18 months ago where I turned my manager into a monkey.

Any chance of seeing that topic somehow?...or has it gone forever?

it's kind of depressing because i have to come up with 500 posts to use things, and i want to do it without spamming etc... so i figured i'd make it meaningful and post graphics and a section for ppl to request graphics from me etc. blah blah blah... anyhow guess i'll have to figure something else out.

Don't give up the fight that easily . I'm sure there are a lot of people who would rather a GFX section still be there.

We're planning on bringing it back but in a different way than it was available before. This time, it will have an actual purpose to it rather than displaying amazing works of art which end up buried by other topics .

Okay, well I am EXTREMELY glad to hear this! I think that is one of the core factors that Codex was built on and I was a little depressed to see it totally gone. If you guys need any help, holler at me!
