Yes, there isn't any other area of the site that they would do this.Yeah, does anyone know where they are doing this? Is it on the create page?
It's just like on the pets respective day, same rules apply.

Theres about 20 mins ish in between each release tho so after you see a release you got a good 10 mins, last one was about 5 mins ago

We also got Jetsams during 11:30 through (so far) 12:10 NST.
Dunno if this'll help anyone, but there you have it.
Oh yeah, and I'm waiting for a Lutari. If anyone sees one, can you please either PM me or post here?

Word on the street also is there will be no Draiks or Krawks, and they will not loop around to the beginning of the alphabet again.
