But if you do is it a plushie a food or what and is it for hoarding?

I have over 1200 of some items but truthfully I gave up on having them raise price because they don't. i just do it for fun because I really like the specific items and I want to own them all!

Does anyone else do useless things like this on the site.

I have hundreds of most of the common omelettes and jellies, since I get them every day but never use them.

There are a few items that I really like so I purchase them whenever I come across them in random shops. Not over 1000 of any of them yet though.

I have over 300 Paint Brushes that I either wiz sniped last year and last last year's advent calender, and most I bought for around 20-30k.

Im waiting until they go around 100k again. I wonder if they ever will

I bought like 50 or so petpet paint brushes but then I noticed that most items sit at 25-30k for a long time because that seems to be where most neopians feel comfortable buying them and when it goes above that for a petpet paint brush people tend to not buy as many...also hoarders are more inclined to buy them untill that point. I think most of the demand was initially from hoarders and the actual need for the paint brushes is so minimal that it might not ever go higher. I wouldn't bother myself on one because you can usually buy the pet you want cheaper then the pb+pet. And its always fun to use the lab ray on the petpet. I bought a zomutt for 100k cause i liked him and hes been some retarded thing i zapped for a long time hah.

Maybe not... since Key Quest gives out certain Paint Brushes and a lot are HTS now because people don't really like those colours

I doubt neopets will have any more wars. There just so many issues about exposing the young community of neopets to real issues like war and stuff. The last war was what 3-4 years ago?

Codestones inflate during a plot. Medicine inflates when the WoE disease changes(people do buy them).

I have about 500 of an advent calendar book. Since they're retired and disappear after use it's only a matter of time before the price goes up. Speaking of which, does anyone have information how many advent items are collected on any given day? 5,000? 50,000?

I'm think around the neighborhood of 300,000. Average of ~30k players online at any given time assuming each person stays for two hours.

I think neopets had higher number of players last year. I knew the population was enormous in 2001-2004

I was hoarding codestones for a war but then I realized if i put my points into other things I'd make so much more money before any war was ever going to happen. Even if there was a war would the codestones even double? maybe triple at best? so i guess for every 3k you spend you might make 6k..but if you went and bought the first decade you could have made like 20k on each book. I sold all my codestones and bought that book

Hah hopefully its a good item and you will make some money. I bought like 3k of the flotato only to find they kept giving it out in keyquest so I sold them all..Needless to say i lost like 200k

A lot. Codestones and dubloons sell like crazy during war periods..even though most training done during war does not warrant the uber price paid for the stones and coins.
