Cave and buy it. Its a decent price for a FFQ.
I got one a couple years ago and only spent like 10k on it. Guess I lucked out.

The idiot thing wasn't really about knowledge regarding neopets so much as... uh... lack of comprehensive reading skills. The topic is about someone too cheap to complete something as rare as the Fountain Faerie Quest. FFQ.
