Annoying Problem

I don't know why I can't log in my account. Though it said I got a wrong password, I supposed I get it correct( I have retyped for many times).

Then I tried to regain my password through email, but no emails after 15 mins. And I have sent again and again, there is still no mails. What can I do?

It is very possible someone has access to your account. Log in through a spare and see if everything is still intact.

On neopets or on this site? I would wait longer than 15 mins, wait for an hour or so and make sure there not going to your spam mailbox either :)

Worse case scenario is that someone hacked your account. Hope that's not the case.

Nobody really gets hacked, it is always user error (unless somebody broke into Neopet's servers to steal info)

What do you mean? What is user error, can you explain more about that?

The user makes a stupid mistake, not much else you can make out of it.

Damn, you beat me to it. And anyone who did actually hack in, I'm sure they wouldn't be interested in NP :p

scapegoat, try checking any other E-Mail addresses you have to be sure someone else has control. The only other option I know of is to contact TNT to report that someone else currently has your account. I'm not sure what they'd do in this instance, but it's probably worth a shot if you have no other options left.

yeah I thought that if someone took your account there was a good chance that itwould get frozen because of the ip change. If they haven't frozen it doesn't that mean that there isn't really anybody on the account. If it has been gone for a day or two you can see when the last time the account was logged into. If it hasn't been logged onto for a couple of days maybe you just have the password wrong.

did this all happen today? do you have capslock on, is your num lock on?

It has been 2 days already. I am sure I do not have a wrong password as I used it since 2006. I have reported to TNT, but they don't have replies yet. Though it is said that My Last Spotted: Under one day ago. But the most expensive still wasn't been stolen.(it is my pet) Is there any alternative method? Because the major problem is that no email sent to my email box and said my password is wrong!

Or can I use hack egine to hack my own self?
