i want to start negging my pet but what ones are they cheapest to buy for the most points
Maybe if you cared to look at the Neopets General Guides section of the forum, you would discover that there is a guide which tells you exactly what you need to know...

The only thing I want to know is how do you spell negg incorrectly one time and then correctly two times? Either they should all be correct or all be incorrect, right?

Either he deliberately misspelled it once to confuse you, or it was a typo
