It wouldn't get you frozen unless you did it ONLY in Magic.
Then again a couple of these guys dunno what they're talking about since they've never legitly restocked in their life.
Oh come on... I did it for one day before I found cheating. I wasn't very good at it, but I didn't feel like practicing at it, either.

The people who restock in magic are like.. nuts. They sit there like vultures all day long.
I personally wouldn't even bother.. plus its risky to AB there.
