But I already spent $200 on a bajillion items for my trip . Even though it's more NC, I guess I should say that I could afford some, but why stop at some?! need to buy MOAAAAR. (It's a good thing that I didn't buy any, otherwise I would of walked out of the store with alot of NC cards )

Buy the cards, sell the cards for MORE to other people (eBay) and then go back and buy MORE cards and keep them?

Yes it is. My girlfriend got me one for christmas(she lives in the USA) and it worked just fine even though I live in Germany.

Clearance items wouldn't be sold on the Target website. You'd have to go to the stores to see what they have left, because some stores may actually be sold out.

I'm heading out to my favorite Target this morning. Gonna get a delicious cherry Icee...

and probably spend a few bucks on neopets.

Well, the Target by my house was built last year, so no luck there. They didn't have ANY neopet merch other than the NEW NC cards, and some trading cards in the dollar bin. So, since it's my day off and the weather was LOVELY, I drove out to the Target in BUTT FUCKING EGYPT and bought two at the $6.50 price. They had quite a few left. But I just couldn't justify spending more than $15 on neopets on a non-payday weekend.

I've already spent nearly the entirety of one card on the NC challenge tickets. XD Saving the other one for Halloween when the cool shit comes out in the NC mall.
