I feel the same way about those annoying editorials. x.x They say they'll get around to some things and never do shit.
I hate that everything in the NC Mall is basically like paying 5 bucks for an animated background and 3 bucks for a pixel that allows you to have more than one neoboard font.

I hate how they never fix anything but are always adding new things. They should take the time out to fix the old bugs before posting something new and exciting.
I hate how they ran out of ideas for neopet species. I hate how they freeze anyone who accidently breaks the rules. I hate how your not allowed to do guild contests, I hate how you can get into trouble for an IM name. I hate a LOT about neopets. But I'm still playing and addicted to it, so I guess they have SOMETHING going for them....

I hate the new (albeit more competent) TNT for being freeze-happy. But then again we probably do deserve it as cheaters, no offense of course.
