It definatly seems that way there havent been any in a while even though they are the best part about neo. They also generate more page views per user since the battledome is page by page, therefore leaving neo the possibility to generate more income.

Kinda weird if it is considering they made the trading card game completely based on pets fighting.

This. Now that Viacom has taken over NP, they have commercialized the shit out of it, meaning There are tons more people to bitch and moan about the violence than there ever was.

Who knows....but you do have to admit in the last couple of years TNT has dumbed it down or rather made it more kid friendly...even the plots are getting crappy with no one during and such.

I think the last thing for older ppl to do is getting bd weapons and battleing and yet try are ignoring that.

Maybe they are avoiding war themed events since its supposed to be a kids site and should definitely have an anti-war theme and not promote war.

Yeah I'm a little surprised that bd weapons have maintained their price despite there being nothing to do with them besides 2P tournaments, which don't give out prizes right? (not legally anyway) I guess that just may be because the top 1% on np makes the bd seem important so others just follow.

the only reason why i played neopets in the first place was battling and the plot wars

7 years ago when i was playing we were noobs so we would be battling with like the hypno helmet aka h4000 helmet now they were at like 60k

used x2 improved lightning beam a blue or a green scorchstone

also used items like attack fork, bent fork, snowballs man it was fun!

the guys who had more neopoints used wand of the air faerie they were like 160k back then

and the guys who had even more money used like greater staff of the air faerie and like zaptwig fun stuff!

Wow I can't even remember all of that... I do remember the mwridell war and tyrrania and exploiting a bank glitch meeting me 20m which was a ton...shortly I got frozen for having multiple Accounts...

Hrmm...maybe it's time to horde a bunch of codestones just in case...if TNT ever intends to do a bd plot or war it should be by the end of this year.
