You can't create Krawks or Draiks. It's not hacking the system, it's only creating pets when they are available to be created. Krawks and Draiks cannot be.

Kikos are not limited pets? Why is it having a hard time making one of those?

Kikos are limited edition pets. They are released on the 17th of July every year.

Will this work with the recent purges? ie. I put in names that will be purged, and it'll try create even if their taken?
